Shipping & Returns

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from the U.S.

Most items are made to order and will ship within 3–5 business days.  
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Because each piece is handcrafted, returns are accepted only if the item is in its **original condition** and unused.  
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.  

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery —  
I’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund for the affected item.
